YOUR ROLE
Local on-site support for Infrastructure services covering IT networking, Domain management, Cyber security support, IT Infrastructure Governance and Compliance, Digital workspace and end point management and Group Cybersecurity support.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Provide L1/L2 desk-side support to end users in troubleshooting, maintenance and installation of IT Infrastructure equipment.
- Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for hardware including but not limited to network switches and routers, WiFi access points, telephony, network printers, PCs and RDT, etc.
- Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for corporate software including but not limited to Windows OS, Intune, MS Entra, M365, remote access, etc.
- Installation of CEVA images, operating system, office applications, end point protection and relevant hardware drivers. Including periodic patches and updates.
- Enable users with a cyber-safe, fully compliant and operational digital workspace environment that meets their needs and objectives ·
- To coordinate with Global Service Desk in managing support request and Incidents.
- Be responsible to ensure service management SLAs are met and maintained.
- Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated, Provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders/parties.
- Support the sales cycle for new opportunities in providing infra solutions and cost modelling.
- Contribute to new customer/site implementation projects.
- Provide on-site support for both new greenfield and brownfield site setup covering cabling works, provisioning of network equipment, internet circuits, etc
- To manage and maintain IT inventory of computing assets, Conduct asset inventory and asset tagging (labelling).
- Procurement of IT related equipment and peripherals
- To provide excellent service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- To partner with the rest of IT and business to ensure IT as a service is delivered to CEVA standards
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years’ prior experience in IT Helpdesk or Desktop support function
- English: Basic Business level required. (reading/writing) to be able to escalate issues to Global/APAC IT
- Proficiency in Windows 10 OS, TCP/IP, Imaging and Technical Support ·
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra, BTRS, Active Directory, etc.
- Deep working knowledge of M365, Teams, OneDrive
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for end user technical support (ITIL)
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude & able to work independently
- Polite and professional
