YOUR ROLE

Manage inland/trucking/VAS operations & customer/vendor relationship/service quality

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Inland/Trucking: 80%

• Plan and arrange trucking capacity according to customer's plan.
• Coordinate strictly between vendors to ensure trucking services are handled in accordance with the correct SOP and KPI.
• Solving the issue about trucking and delivering goods to customers…
• Available 24/7 for supporting the customer.
• Customer services in inland/trucking product to achieve KPI from customers
• Develops and implements effective and efficient operation plans.
• Drives the achievement of on-time performance and utilization goal
• Handles problem calls/escalations.
• Monitor timely client/vendor account set up, client/vendor profiles and billing activities; including but not limited to cost control, statement processing
• Vendors management to build relationship for pricing & consulting inland/trucking products
• Other duties as assigned by management

VAS: 20%

• Plans, implement and supervises operation plan to ensure compliance with Customs regulation, responds to any deviations of the process and communicates exceptions and resolution suggestions to appropriate management
• Frequently interact with team, outside customers, and/or functional peer groups at various management levels for smoothly operations
• Vendors Management to build relationship for pricing & consulting for VAS activities
• Consulting import and export procedures and providing shipping solutions for customers and related departments in the company
• Monitor and maintain working knowledge of brokerage teamwork activity, balance capacity and workload, while seeking improvement in the process and team efficiency
• Other tasks will be assigned by management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years working experience in customs, domestics trucking and cross border trucking for 3Pls
• Good knowledge in Logistics, Sea-air operation, Supply Chain
• Personalities: Active, Dynamic, Responsible, Hardworking
• Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Outlook, Logistic System
• Good English skill
