YOUR ROLE

· Ocean Operation Booking Executive is responsible for the movement of export shipment. You will be first contact for Ocean Booking confirmation, space reservation, trucking delivery, etc. Moreover, you also work closely with Procurement & Pricing/ Customer Service Department to maintain a profitable gross yield.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

· Proceeding booking confirmation with Ocean Carrier/ Coloader

· Providing origin inland delivery and custom clearance service

· Planning for consolidation cargoes, transloading project

· Solving customer’s problem relating to container, space, custom clearance

· Other tasks assigned by supervisor

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Bachelor’s degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field

· At least 6 months of experience in ocean freight/ ocean services

· Good at customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

· Good command of English, analysis skill and logical thinking
