CESA Vietnam was founded in 2018. CESA started as a development center in Vietnam, and has now become a technology company of CEVA Logistics, specializing in Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET MVC, API, Azure,...), ESB platform (Webmethods, Java...), and delivers projects using Agile methodology. Working with us, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in an exciting workplace in touch with an international and innovative environment.

 

Location: Etown 2, 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

 

Main Tasks and Activities

 

  • Support the implementation of Scrum and Agile practices within development teams
  • Ensure smooth execution of Agile processes and promote continuous improvement
  • Assist in identifying, addressing, and removing impediments and bottlenecks impacting delivery
  • Coordinate communication between local development teams and Head Office stakeholders in Paris
  • Work closely with the PMO to support task prioritization, coordination, and workload distribution across teams
  • Monitor sprint progress and contribute to reporting (velocity, backlog tracking, etc.)
  • Foster collaboration in a multicultural and international environment

 

Requirement

 

  • Eligible for VIE program (EU nationality, under 28 years old)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internship acceptable) in Agile / IT environment
  • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum framework
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong command of both French and English.

 

Nice to have

 

  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
  • Scrum certification (PSM I, CSM…)
  • Exposure to international or cross-functional projects
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage
