Pay range: $20.31 - $25.00
YOUR ROLE
Perform administrative duties related to compliance issues in a station operations environment. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Perform "twenty-day" station audits and internal audits; and prepares and submits CAR’s.
- Coordinate and maintain training records.
- Perform collections related functions.
- Investigate and resolve billing and customer invoicing discrepancies.
- Print statements and invoices, run reports, research rate disputes, process invoice reprints and audit House Air Waybills and Bills Of Lading.
- Investigate and resolve past due accounts payable and receivable bills; and tracks and follows-up to ensure bills/payments are received and timely processed.
- Enter accounts payable entries into system.
- Set up and processes new vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Assist with QHSE functions.
- Perform TSA functions according to the IACSSP
- Facility issues – Notify correct party when facility issues arise requiring repairs, requesting quotes, obtaining approvals, processing associated requistions and invoices.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.
- PC literate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software.
- Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
- Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve performance.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Balances team and individual responsibilities, exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views.
- Consistently at work and on time.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Minimum:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience.
Preferred:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Minimum one year industry experience.
