YOUR ROLE
Lead and oversee the regional Air Charter and Time Critical Services (TCS) team and operations across the Americas, providing tailored logistics solutions for clients.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Ensure operational excellence with company offices and the global network. Negotiate to deliver profitable, customer-oriented Air Charter and TCS solutions available 24/7. Ensure best-in-class service levels for air charters and time-critical services in accordance with SOPs, company standards, and published KPIs. Support global business development on sales leads; analyze business opportunities; and prepare ad-hoc and long-term customer proposals. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic regional marketing plans. Manage financial processes, ensuring on-time file handling, accurate reporting, timely billing, and appropriate contractual terms with customers. Identify, develop, and strengthen business networks and relationships with customers and key decision makers to grow the business. Drive pricing and planning strategy for Air Charter and TCS bid opportunities; oversee operational planning, execution, and coordination; and implement corrective actions to prevent or resolve issues. Produce monthly performance reviews and implement improvement plans. Manage a regional team of specialists (ensuring 24/7 coverage for urgent shipments). Lead financial governance, including budget oversight, billing compliance, and margin control. Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure cost-performance alignment. Support business development by translating operational logistics processes into client-focused proposals. Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors, and the global Air Charter & TCS team to maintain best-in-class service and 24/7 coverage. Provide effective, frequent, and efficient communications with all stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company objectives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or related field of study.
• Plus (5) years' experience in Chartering and Time Critical Shipment Management of global air supply chain services as well as supervision, and sales/ops.
• Special Requirements: 24/7 On-call duty & weekend duty coverage according to shift plan.
• Travel Requirements: 15% domestic & international travel required.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics,
International Business or related field of study.
