Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000
YOUR ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing CEVA's recruitment strategy while managing full-cycle recruiting activities for critical business functions. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition team members to develop workforce planning strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
The Manager serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing market insights, driving recruiting best practices, and leading talent acquisition initiatives that support the company's growth objectives. This position is accountable for delivering efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring all recruiting activities align with company policies, employment laws, and CEVA's core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Manage and mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators, providing coaching, development, and performance guidance.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to forecast talent needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, compensation considerations, and talent availability.
- Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead recruiting projects and strategic talent initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for management, professional, and critical business roles.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, interview strategies, and selection criteria.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate assessment processes that evaluate experience, competencies, leadership capabilities, and organizational fit.
- Manage offer development and negotiations while partnering with HR and business leaders to secure top talent.
- Monitor recruiting activities to ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO regulations, and company policies.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee ATS utilization, recruiting processes, and reporting to ensure data integrity and process effectiveness.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
- Partner with HR leadership on employer branding, talent attraction, diversity recruiting, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure recruiting processes and hiring decisions are compliant, equitable, and aligned with company standards.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including experience recruiting for management, senior-level, and corporate positions.
- Prior leadership experience managing recruiters, talent acquisition teams, or leading recruiting programs strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruiting analytics, and workforce planning.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, and recruiting technologies.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Proven success leading high-volume and professional recruiting efforts while delivering quality hiring outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Expertise in sourcing passive talent across multiple channels and functions.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and credibility with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational goals and translate them into talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Strong experience using recruiting metrics and data analysis to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
