Do you have an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a natural ability to work in a team?
We are looking for a new team member to join our Human Resources department as an HR Admin – Labor Cost Controlling, based at our Assago (MI) office.
You will join a young and dynamic team and have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects within a multinational and constantly evolving environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be involved in key activities related to personnel cost planning and controlling, with a strong focus on data analysis and decision-making support for the HR and Finance management teams. Specifically:

Support the planning and monitoring of labor costs.

Collaborate on quantitative analyses related to workforce, forecasts, budgets, and staffing levels.

Manage HR reporting activities, both standard and ad hoc.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of controlling models using SAP and Zucchetti.

Support workforce planning and HR analytics activities, monitoring FTE and headcount, and developing scenario simulations.

Use Power BI to create interactive dashboards on personnel costs and HR KPIs.

Work closely with the HR SSC & Administration and HR Business Partners on daily operations and cross-functional projects.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Degree in Economics or related fields.

A Master’s in HR Administration or Labor Cost Controlling is a plus.

Some experience, even short, in HR Administration or HR controlling.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferably experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Zucchetti.

Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and strong attention to detail.

Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.

Interest in labor cost management and HR planning.
