Dans le cadre d’un grand plan de transformation digitale des fonctions commerciales, CEVA Logistics recherche un CRM Business Analyst (H/F) pour renforcer l’équipe CRM globale. Rattaché(e) au Global Sales Process Manager, vous intégrez l’équipe Sales Performance & Governance de la Direction Commerciale siège, avec pour mission :

• Modéliser les processus de vente
• Analyser et structurer (rapports, dashboards, dataviz) les données du CRM pour répondre à des besoins variés
• Soutenir la conduite du changement nécessaire à l’adoption du CRM
