VOTRE RÔLE:
 
Vous intégrez le service Business Control et serez en charge de soutenir l’équipe dans le suivi budgétaire, le contrôle financier et l'amélioration des processus de gestion. Vous participerez activement à l’analyse des données financières et à la mise en place de solutions d’optimisation. 
 

QUELLES SERONT VOS MISSIONS ?  
 
•    Suivi mensuel des contrôles de refacturation interco afin de garantir la conformité et l’exactitude des données. 
•    Vérification et gestion des factures et bons de commande pour les départements Opérations et Business Development. 
•    Réallocation des coûts manquants ou erronés pour assurer la fiabilité de l’information financière. 
•    Participation à l’optimisation des outils de reporting et d’analyse financière. 
•    Collaboration avec les équipes IT et RH pour fluidifier les échanges de données et améliorer les processus transverses. 
•    Contribution à des projets ponctuels liés à la performance financière ou à la transformation des outils de pilotage. 
 
QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ? 
 
•    Diplôme visé :  Bac +4 / Bac +5 (Master 1 ou 2 – École de commerce ou équivalent universitaire) 
 
•    Domaine d’études :  Finance d’entreprise, Contrôle de gestion, Audit, Comptabilité 
 
•    Expérience dans le domaine :  Une première expérience en finance (stage ou alternance) est souhaitée 
 
•    Hard skills : 
 
o    Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel 
o    La connaissance de OneStream et de VBA est un plus 
o    Aisance avec les chiffres, rigueur dans le traitement des données 
o    Capacité à structurer et présenter des analyses financières
