YOUR ROLE
As the Technical Procurement Senior Supervisor, you will hold a position within the 
Facility Management and Construction unit. Your primary responsibility will be to 
supervise, coordinate, and optimise all procurement activities related to technical 
purchasing across our properties. This role requires leadership skills, commercial 
acumen, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to supplier and contract 
management.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Manage technical procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective 
purchasing of materials, services, and contractors.
• Prepare and implement procurement plans for maintenance, repair, construction, and 
operational needs.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Real Estate, Facility Management, and Construction teams 
regarding purchasing needs.
• Handle tender processes, supplier selection, price negotiations, and contract 
management.
• Control procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor market conditions and benchmark prices for better sourcing decisions.
• Keep accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Preferably holding a degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in technical procurement, sourcing, or purchasing supervision, 
preferably within logistics, facility management, construction, or real estate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of technical categories such as electrical systems, mechanical 
equipment, building parts / materials, and maintenance services.
• Capable of managing diverse priorities and multiple sourcing projects effectively.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with procurement compliance standards, tendering practices, and supplier 
performance management.
• Organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across 
departments and external partners.
• Fluent written and spoken English at a professional level, with the ability to actively 
participate in meetings and communicate effectively with global teams.
