Communication with Network (for GL and all communication related with shipment) , Sales (provide air rate)  and Vendor.Communication with airlines for booking space , checking rate, negotiate rate, and monitoring after shipment depart. Communication with Road team for trucking booking and PIB team for draft PEB.Communication with shipper Request TOM ID, creating jobfile Prepare draft hawb/mawb and revised hawb/mawbUpdate GPKUA/GPCKA and others event based on SOP for each customerMonitor Air Export shipment are running well and follow SOPCheck IATA invoice.Monitor KPI and make sure to meet KPIDo AccrualMonitor Un-billing invoice, autorating, discrepancy, speed of invoice and balance of storage deposit.Coordination with IFFO operation and ensure shipment smoothly from begining until finish.Monitor outward manifestUnderstand and implement all the rules governed by the QHSE policies and SOPs, and obey HSE Regulations
