Responsibilities
- Provide shipping detail to shipper / network and Monitoring shipment
- Accountable for meeting the agreed KPI and the consequences of failure for which corrective measures shall be taken according to prevailing regulation and procedure to avoid recurrence in the future
- Communication with Network, CS, Sales
- Request green light shipment from network
- Create booking to Airlines and obtain flight schedule confirmation
- Booking confirmed to shipper / truck coordinator
- Request draft PEB from PIB team
- Monitoring shipment.
- Create booking to Airlines
- Provide flight schedule to Network and Shipper
- Open Job File
- Creating HAWB, MAWB
- Update GPKUA/GPCKA and others event based on SOP for each customer
- Sending Pre-alert to NETWORK
- Upload complete document into PEG E-doc
- Provide HAWB, MAWB to shipper
- Revised HAWB as per request by shipper
- To Monitor Air Export shipment are running well and follow SOP
- Check invoice from Vendor (Andima)
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Company’s Value in daily work behaviors
- Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
