The Operation Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing operational control, financial risk monitoring, and data analysis to ensure accurate reporting and effective execution. This role supports management by delivering meaningful analytical insights, overseeing operational reporting activities, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities and organizational performance.

Key Competencies

Supervise daily operational control, monitoring, and reporting activities
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational, financial, and base data analysis
Perform financial risk analysis, including identifying exposure, trends, and potential impacts to business performance • Provide analytical and risk‑based insights to support management and strategic decision‑making
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align operational data, controls, and financial risk mitigation actions • Identify control gaps, operational risks, financial risks, and continuous improvement opportunities
Support process standardization, documentation, and governance initiatives
Act as a key business partner to management in driving performance discipline and risk awarenes

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in Controlling, Operations, Finance, or Risk Management
Experience working with multiple countries and cross‑functional teams • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritize, manage workloads, and guide execution effectively • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
