The details as follow :

1. Check and monitoring pre alert distribution to related team / party.
2. Check and monitoring open the file in our internal system.
3. In compliance with the regulations, accept and check the instructions, information and documents that are required for performing the customs declaration and customs process.
4. Control and monitoring document from liner / shipping line (Delivery Order), and customs response and provide the latest status to Customer.
5. Provide all the information required by the customs authorities : act as an intermediary between the company and the customs authorities.
6. Advise on the implementation of customs compliance rules.
7. Provide recommendations and advice regarding our position and/or decisions on customs and formalities for the international movement of goods with customers or internal members of staff.
8. Responsible for Data quality and data integrity pertaining to customs activities.
9. Review draft PIB (Import Declaration) and PEB (Export Declaration)
