Main Duties

A. Implement Corporate Purchasing Policy and Implement Solution

✓ Participate in negotiation at country level

✓ Assist operations teams in orienting their choices toward selected partners

✓ In charge of Middle Office reporting towards management and Middle Office

✓ Be responsible for entering data in tariff database (especially NAC and local road haulers), in MODB (including tariffs, etc.)

✓ Ensure that payment deadlines negotiated with suppliers are respected and solve any dispute

✓ Be responsible for business relations with country partners

✓ Be responsible for data quality of country suppliers

✓ Optimize Purchasing

✓ Support the Front Office in the setting-up of solutions

✓ Support tender desk on pricing

✓ Follow up of providers’ service quality

✓ Be responsible for local market expertise, researches new products and services to meet company’s goals

✓ Contractualized local contracts with approval of the country/zone

✓ Ensure compliance requirements (e.g.: FMC, TSA, Security, FCPA, Customs, etc.) are fulfilled in collaboration with HMO Operations

✓ Identifying and taking part in negotiating the best procurement options with trucking providers

✓ Grouping the country’s procurement negotiation requests, and finding solutions
