Join PT CEVA Air Ocean Indonesia as a Sales Support Administrator Indonesia within our dynamic Business Development division, based at the Blugreen Integrated Boutique Office in Jakarta. This crucial role supports our Logistics - Air and Ocean operations, working closely within the Customer Sales Support department to facilitate seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the vital link between our customers, sales teams, and operational units. You will respond promptly to quotation requests, advising customers on transportation options by providing detailed insights into operations, contingencies, insurance, customs regulations, and routing. Your expertise will ensure quotations are accurate, valid for appropriate periods, and accompanied by our standard terms and conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely and thorough follow-up on quotations with customers to maximise conversion rates and foster strong business relationships.
  • Managing rate requests from our extensive network to maintain competitive and compliant pricing structures.
  • Bridging communication between sales and operations teams by providing constructive feedback aimed at continuous improvement of our services, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Assisting the Business Development and Key Account Management teams in developing accounts by providing detailed and reliable sales support, enabling targeted client engagement and growth strategies.

In this role, you will employ strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively, ensuring the smooth delivery of sales support services. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in a fast-paced logistics environment.
