YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced ICQA Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The primary responsibility is to manage and improve business operations, drive productivity, ensure quality is maintained, and ensure the company meets its goals and objectives.
Operations Manager must support the development of the business and ensure CEVA business rules are followed
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Responsible for all Inventory Management and the co-ordination of Inventory processes, and the associated KPI’s. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
- Support CL circle of life vision through collaborating with inter departmental stake holders such as BD, SD, ZDS, BPE, procurement, HR and finance.
- Analyze and evaluate current operational procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure processes are aligned to maintain quality KPI’s within threshold through all process areas.
- Manage and monitor departmental budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that business operations are aligned with the company's strategic goals. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of employees and departments, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Implement quality inventory control measures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential risks and issues that may impact business operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental regulations. Be compliance with any CEVA Business Rules and Core Values
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or relevant.
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in Inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management (must be familiar with SOX Inventory principles)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and strong reporting skills with focus on action plan execution.
- Be able to troubleshoot and find the relevant information when required.
- Expert experience with relevant software and systems, including ERP, WMS and CRM systems.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fast learner and must be able to reach out to different individuals for information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and coach team members
- This role requires a great deal of reporting to customers and accurate reporting along with executing actions plans are critical to succeed in this role.
