Job Purpose

Define together with the CFO the company's financial reporting and control strategy, including the development of KPI's, overall performance objectives and extend it to the entire finance department. Monitor, analyze and report country performance to report relevant and reliable financial information on current status and compliance with objectives.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitors, analyzes and reports country Revenue and cost data, in addition to ensuring the achievement of the company's economic objectives at the level of revenue, gross margin, EBIT, NWC, Operating Free Cashflow.
  • Performs critical evaluation and investment advice (capex) to ensure that the purposes are aligned with company policy and create value for shareholders.
  • Coordinate with the administration department to ensure that there is a detailed balance sheet file properly filed, containing all necessary supporting information.
  • Oversees that information requirements from GHO and Europe are replenished correctly.
  • Supports the Budgeting and Forecasting processes to ensure that they are performed in a timely manner and in line with expectations. Supports and facilitates the company in achieving its budgetary and strategic objectives.
  • Ensures that the country is operating within budget and costs do not exceed budget.
  • Ensures that Ceva Iberia's finance function preserves its integrity in all aspects of its operation.
  • Support and lead the team in their development and in the achievement of their professional objectives as determined by CEVA.
  • Act in accordance with the quality, safety and environmental procedures and standards and follow instructions provided by the person in charge in these matters, as well as to correctly segregate the
  • waste generated during their activity.
  • Collaborate and develop any other task entrusted to them by the Company, within the scope of the organization and according to their responsibility.
