1	Reviews and submits operating budgets and ensures that agreed objectives for margin are achieved. Ensures client service expectations are being met through an effective communication and feedback process.
2	Develops contacts and relationships from a broad range of relevant groups (CL & FM) and makes systematic effort to share and find relevant data.
3	Works co-operatively with others to achieve the goals, supports appropriate sharing of operational resources and expertise between CL and FM groups by promoting the full benefits to the company.
4	Supports training and development and maintains a contract organizational structure in which key staff are encouraged to seek out opportunities in ensuring growth and continued profitability.
5	Manages and develops the customer relationship to ensure high-level customer satisfaction, identifies and pursues opportunities to sell additional services to the client or related organizations.
6	Drives continuous improvement and cost saving opportunities in all managed contracts. Participates in the development of short term and long-term contract objectives to drive transport as a product.
7	Manages and takes responsibility for contract financial budgets, revenue and cost management.
8	Works closely with Contract Managers or Operations Managers to efficiently and economically manage operations costs within budget.
9	Continuously improves contract KPI (Key Performance Indicator) results.
10	Defines performance criteria and objectives for all employees and conducts regular Performance Management reviews to achieve continuous improvement and employee development.
