YOUR ROLE

 

Our operation based in Kettering is looking for a Support Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital media platforms, business systems, and operational reporting across the site.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  •  Producing and maintaining operational reports to support inventory management, productivity tracking, system performance, and asset control.
  •  Developing, enhancing, and maintaining SQL-based reports to provide accurate and actionable business insights.
  • Analysing system data and providing insights to managers and operational teams to improve performance and visibility.
  • Providing first-line support for business systems and reporting tools, investigating issues, resolving queries, and working with IT teams to implement solutions.
  • Managing the lifecycle of site assets, including RDTs and IT equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and repair coordination.
  • Maintaining documentation for reporting processes, asset management, and system procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Supporting site digitisation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual activities.
  • Providing systems and reporting support cover when required to ensure continuity of service across the site.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Experience working within a warehousing or logistics environment, with exposure to operational systems.
  • Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and exposure to SQL (VBA and Access desirable).
  • Ability to analyse data, identify anomalies, and support root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work to tight deadlines, and manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
