YOUR ROLE

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support our HR team in various people-related processes, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic logistics environment. This internship is designed to provide valuable exposure to key HR practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent-related activities, while helping you develop practical skills for your future career in Human Resources. The role is located Gebze/Kocaeli.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
• Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes
• Help maintain employee records, HR reports, and related documentation
• Support HR projects and improvement initiatives
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing HR activities

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and interested in building a career in Human Resources
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative, and willing to take responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English
