WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

• Collect and analyze  customer requirements, advise clients
• Collect and analyze carrier offers
• Analyze the feasibility of transport
• Assist and advise managerial or operational staff in their field of activity
• Organize and manage transports
• Procurement of transport services
• Take care of relationships between suppliers and/or contractors
• Preparation and management of transport documentation
• Record operational processes and update data
• Dissemination and communication of information
• Forward the company's various contacts to customers
• Define and prioritise activities, taking into account internal and external constraints (necessity, importance, etc.) in work planning
• Apply the applicable rules and legislation in the field of activity.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and experience:

• V. level of education
• A minimum of 1 - 3 years of work experience is desirable

Knowledge and skills:

• Experience in the field of automotive logistics
• Good knowledge of transport logistics and the automotive industry
• English – fluent (oral & written), Croatian language desirable
• MS Office (excel)
• Driving licence B
• Good coordination skills
• Very good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
