Contract Logistics Project Expert EE
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
·Manage and oversee complex implementation projects at EE cluster, and country levels, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective project governance, clear communication, executive reporting, and customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
·Establish and maintain effective customer engagement to define, agree and document project scope and scope changes, while proactively assessing and resolving impacts on timelines, resources, operations, and budgets.
·Manage project financial performance, including implementation costs, capital investments, and operational expenditures, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and timely resolution of budget-related issues.
·Partner with Business Development teams on opportunity pursuits, contributing to solution development, project planning, forecasting and customer presentations to support successful sales outcomes and strengthen the company’s market position
·Manage customer expectations through transparent communication, ensuring requirements are met while balancing operational and financial objectives. Define and monitor key performance metrics, communicate project status, and drive issue resolution and escalation management when required
·Drive the adoption of best practices in project delivery, governance, and implementation. Identify, assess, document, and mitigate project risks and issues, while continuously improving methodologies, milestones, feedback mechanisms, and performance measurement processes
·Ensure the effective allocation and utilization of people and resources to deliver project commitments, maintain high quality standards, and address escalated operational or customer concerns
·Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, Solution Design, and other key workstreams to ensure alignment on project objectives, solution requirements, and successful implementation outcomes
·Champion the implementation of corporate systems, policies, and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations while supporting organizational adoption and continuous improvement
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
·University degree in Logistics or Transportation
·More than 10 years of project management experience within contract logistics or production companies
·Understanding of logistics/supply chain operations and related operational and business requirements and best practices.
·Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation, influencing and negotiating skills.
·Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and/or PMI.
·Ability to work independently, with strong planning and self-organisation skills.
·Willingness to travel for business purposes as required by projects across the Eastern European region.
·Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
·Good command of the English language.
