1. Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess recruitment needs and develop proactive strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage recruitment budgets effectively, including developing proposals, monitoring salary expenses, and ensuring alignment with financial parameters.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with higher education institutions to establish sustainable talent pipelines for internships and permanent roles.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a mediator in workplace disputes, promoting constructive conflict resolution and maintaining a harmonious environment.
  • Lead investigations into employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures, providing strategic guidance to leadership on best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication.

    3. Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

    • Design and implement innovative engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and manage recognition and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture and promote work-life balance.
    • Support change management efforts by driving employee engagement and buy-in during organizational transitions.

    4. Performance Management

    • Facilitate goal-setting processes in alignment with business priorities and performance expectations.
    • Oversee the performance appraisal process, coaching business heads on effective feedback and review practices.
    • Support employee development initiatives by identifying training needs through performance evaluations.

    5. Administration

    • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including purchasing pantry items and coordinating with vendors for repairs and services.
    • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
