• Ensure effective day‑to‑day security operations at designated sites, maintaining compliance with corporate security policies, procedures, and customer security requirements.
• Conduct site security risk assessments and reviews of security protection plans, identifying vulnerabilities and driving practical risk mitigation actions.
• Manage the operation, availability, and ongoing effectiveness of physical security systems including access control, CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection, and video management systems.
• Support and lead security‑related activities for new site setups, expansions, or system upgrades, ensuring security requirements are embedded into site design and implementation.
• Respond to security incidents and breaches, conduct investigations, coordinate corrective actions, and support lessons‑learned implementation to prevent recurrence.
• Manage security guarding services at assigned sites, ensuring service delivery meets contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support internal and external security audits and certifications (including TAPA, AEO, CTPAT, RCAR, STP, and KCR), ensuring audit readiness and timely follow‑up on findings.
• Deliver security awareness training and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to embed a strong security culture across operations.
• Drive security innovation, exploring new technologies to reduce costs and mitigate risk
• Report functionally to Security & Intelligence Manager, Malaysia
