Job purpose :
To support the Solution Design and Tender Center team in developing innovative and efficient Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) solutions, including vehicle transportation, compound management, and rail logistics. The role focuses on assisting in tender responses, tracking KPIs (by client, processing time, and mode), and integrating data analysis (Power BI) and AI tools to optimize FVL processes, while embodying CEVA’s core values of sharing, mutual aid, and rigor.
Key Accountabilities :
- Assist in the design and modeling of FVL-specific logistics solutions (vehicle transportation, compound and delivery solutions) using CEVA’s methodologies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and IT teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with CEVA’s capabilities
- Conduct market research and benchmarking on FVL trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Develop and track KPIs for tender monitoring (by client, processing time, and mode: rail/road/sea).

Create and maintain a database of rail quotation lines for FVL operations/Explore AI applications (e.g., predictive analytics) to optimize FVL processes
- Use Microsoft Power BI to visualize and analyze FVL logistics data for data-driven decision-making
- Conduct market research and benchmarking on FVL trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Support collaboration with Operations, Sales, and IT teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with CEVA’s capabilities
Knowledge, Experience & Skills :
Education & Qualifications :
Essential : Enrolled in a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
Desirable : Knowledge of Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) processes (e.g., vehicle transportation, compound management)
Experience :
Essential : Previous internship or academic project in logistics, supply chain, or engineering
Desirable : Experience with tender processes or RFP responses (preferably in FVL or automotive logistics).
Specialist knowledge & skills :
Essential : Understanding of supply chain fundamentals (transportation, warehousing, inventory). Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI). Ability to create and track KPIs
Desirable : Familiarity with rail logistics for vehicle transportation. Basic knowledge of AI applications in logistics
Interpersonnal & Communication skills :
Essential : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Desirable : Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn AI tools
