YOUR ROLE

This role exists to ensure that the Global Contract Logistics Transition capability is a strategic enabler for CEVA Logistics. This role will champion the functional expertise of Program and Project activity for Start Ups, Technology Insertions and other transition activity. Additionally it will lead the Contract Logistics System transition activity which is typically one of the most complex areas of a Contract Logistics Project or Program.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Zero Defect Start Up - Responsible for the ZDS function globally across CEVA Contract Logistics
• Projects - Responsible for implementation of global projects that are managed to CL Global teams such as Optymee, Dock Appointment System (DAS) and other projects that are in Pilot or Proof of Concept phase
• Infinity Loop - Responsible for delivery of Implementation elements of Infinity Loop, ensuring strategic improvements globally
• Leadership - Provide leadership across direct team of ZDS and Project Managers as well as Global ZDS Community
• CL Systems including legacy WMS and CL efficiency systems

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Project and Program Management formal qualifications (APM, Prince2 or equivalent)
• Expert in Project/Program implementation
• Experience of projects that include Contract Logistics, WMS, OMS, Automation
• Experience in projects across multiple customer verticals including E-Commerce, Healthcare, Consumer Retail, Aerospace, Food, Technology and Automotive
• Project/Program Management Tooling
• Collaboration Tooling (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)

Desirable

• Technology insertion of AI and Robotics
