YOUR ROLE
Deliver and continuously improve global innovation culture programmes that drive engagement, enable adoption and support the evolution of innovation across the Contract logistics product.
The role focuses on ensuring teams have the mindset, tools, and confidence to innovate consistently.
This role is a hands‑on driver of culture, adoption, and capability, working closely with regions and sites to make innovation real and actionable
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1. Innovation Culture & Mindset Enablement
- Deploy and drive the global innovation culture framework across regions and sites.
- Translate innovation values into practical behaviors, rituals, and routines.
- Support leaders and teams in embracing experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
2. Capability Building & Training
- Design and deliver innovation enablement programs, workshops and learning journeys.
- Equip teams with practical innovation tools and methods (e.g. problem solving, ideation, pilots).
- Support development of local innovation ambassadors / champions.
3. Change & Adoption Support
- Act as change partner for innovation initiatives, ensuring:
- Local engagement
- Stakeholder alignment
- Sustainable adoption
- Identify adoption risks and actively work with regions to resolve them.
4. Community & Collaboration
- Facilitate global and regional innovation communities of practice.
- Encourage cross‑site and cross‑regional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Capture and reuse lessons learned and best practices.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Demonstrated practical experience in project, programme, or PMO delivery roles
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines effectively
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and participation across teams, supporting adoption of new initiatives, tools, or ways of working
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
- roficiency in programme tracking and collaboration tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey programme objectives, updates, and actions to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to identify and manage risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, using data and feedback to enhance programme effectiveness
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently while aligning closely with wider teams
Desirable skills
- Exposure to innovation, transformation or change programmes
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, or operational environments
