CEVA France SASU is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Logistics Project Management Senior Manager to lead strategic operations within the battery supply chain and recycling domain. This role, internally titled Operations Senior Manager - Battery Supply Chain & Recycling, is pivotal to advancing innovative logistics solutions that support our sustainability objectives and operational excellence.
As part of the Product Development and Innovation division, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating global projects that enhance efficiency and environmental responsibility across CEVA’s finished vehicle logistics operations. You will spearhead cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement cutting-edge supply chain strategies, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage global projects focused on optimising the battery supply chain and recycling processes, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resources, risks, and communication strategies, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive improvements in logistics performance and environmental impact reduction initiatives.
- Lead cross-regional coordination to standardise best practices in finished vehicle logistics and recycling operations globally.
- Monitor project progress through appropriate metrics and reporting mechanisms, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- Champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies and logistics trends that can be integrated into supply chain processes.
- Support compliance with international regulations and industry standards related to battery handling, transportation, and recycling.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in logistics project management, preferably within the automotive or battery supply chain sectors.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and recycling processes, with a commitment to sustainable practices.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse geographical regions.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Familiarity with international logistics regulations and environmental compliance is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, alongside a data-driven decision-making approach.
