As a Global Project Management Senior Expert at CEVA France SASU, you will be at the forefront of delivering complex, high-impact projects within our Management division, specialising in logistics with an emphasis on air and ocean freight operations. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to drive initiatives that directly influence our global logistics network, requiring both strategic vision and meticulous execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic global projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all activities align with CEVA's overarching business objectives and operational priorities within air and ocean freight logistics.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams across different regions, fostering communication channels that enhance cross-functional coordination and project synergy.
• Develop and refine project management frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, customised to the dynamic needs of the logistics and supply chain sectors.
• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges at every project stage, formulating and implementing robust mitigation strategies to safeguard schedules, quality, and budget.
• Oversee resource management, budget control, and performance monitoring for assigned projects, providing expert support to project teams to optimise outcomes.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, delivering transparent, timely reports and facilitating constructive feedback mechanisms for continuous engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing project learnings and actively incorporating best practices into future projects and operational processes.
• Mentor and develop emerging project managers and team members, nurturing skills development, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting career growth within the organisation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated extensive experience in managing large-scale global projects, preferably within the logistics domain, with an emphasis on air and ocean freight sectors.
• Proficiency in leading project management methodologies and tools, including but not limited to Agile and Waterfall frameworks, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage complex projects involving multiple priorities and diverse stakeholder groups across various cultures and functions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration and relationship-building across global teams.
• A sharp analytical mind paired with excellent problem-solving skills and a rigorous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to our global operations would be beneficial.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or their equivalent are highly regarded and represent a distinct advantage.
