YOUR ROLE

 

Are you a commercially driven business development professional with experience in selling air or ocean freight? If so, join CEVA Logistics and play a key role in expanding our healthcare vertical, driving new business growth and strengthening our presence across the UK & Ireland.

 

In this role, you will focus on new logo acquisition, proactively identifying, engaging, and securing new healthcare customers, while shaping the growth of CEVA’s Air & Ocean Healthcare services.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into the Head of Healthcare you will identify and win new healthcare business opportunities across UK and Ireland markets, proactively generating leads through prospecting, networking and customer engagement. You will build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, driving customer meetings and commercial discussions to convert opportunities into revenue. You will support tenders, RFQs and proposal development for new business, maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility and ensure all activities align with company compliance and healthcare quality standards. 

 

As the Business Development Manager for healthcare, you will stay informed on healthcare market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to enable you to succeed in this role. 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

We are looking for an exceptionally talented business development manager with strong commercial acumen who has proven experience of winning new business ideally within a healthcare freight forwarding or logistics and supply chain environment. You will be a natural hunter experienced in managing customer relationships and developing commercial proposals. 

 

You will be a highly analytical individual with strong organisational and problem-solving skills and natural communicator, influencer and negotiator able to build strong working relationships at all levels. 

 

This role will cover the UK and Ireland, therefore individuals must be comfortable with travelling as and when required. This role comes with a competitive salary, company car or car allowance, bonus, private medical and much more.
