THE ROLE

 

CEVA Logistics are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Export Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of 10+ within our Air & Ocean operation in Hounslow. You will drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial growth while ensuring high standards of health, safety and compliance across a busy, multi‑customer environment.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

You will take full ownership of strategy delivery, P&L control, and team leadership, driving retention, growth and exceptional service performance. Act as the key link between CEVA and our customers, shaping account plans, supporting tender activity, and identifying new opportunities. You will also be accountable for cost control, operational efficiency, talent development, and ensuring robust HSE and compliance standards across the department.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

The ideal candidate will bring strong freight management experience, proven leadership capability, and a track record of delivering commercial growth in multi‑customer environments. Demonstrate high‑level customer relationship skills, operational expertise across air import/export and TOM functions, plus the ability to work confidently within a matrix structure. Knowledge of customer strategy, strong prioritisation and people management skills are essential, while logistics/business qualifications, project management capability and change management experience are desirable.
