YOUR ROLE

 

Due to site growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Site Administrator to join our Hounslow team within a fast‑paced, high‑security aviation environment.

 

Working within an administration team, you will be pivotal in ensuring the site maintains 100% compliance with aviation, safety, and data regulations, while supporting the large, based operation with administrative activities. This is a dynamic and detail focused role where accuracy, organisation, and compliance are key.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

As the Site Administrator you will be responsible for on-site compliance and regulatory management, personnel and security tasks and onsite administrative support, with key responsibilities focused on:

 

  • Ensure full adherence to CAA and AVSEC regulations, supporting audits and compliance reporting
  • Manage dangerous goods documentation and audit records
  • Oversee DBS vetting processes, renewals and tracking
  • Maintain GDP compliance documentation and records
  • Ensure strict adherence to GDPR and data protection standards
  • Coordinate and track mandatory training and compliance registers
  • Maintain accurate employee files and training records
  • Manage security passes, including issuing, renewals and access control
  • Verify employee eligibility, vetting status, and site access rights
  • Ensure all systems are kept up to date with no expired or invalid access. 

 

In addition to the above activities, you will support the wider administration team with general tasks and reporting activities as and when necessary. 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

To be successful in your application you will have proven administration or compliance experience ideally within an operational, site-based, or large office environment. You will have strong understanding of compliance, audits and confidential data management, confident working with sensitive information and security processes. We are ideally looking for an individual who has experience of working within an aviation, logistics or pharmaceutical environment. 

 

You will be an excellent communicator capable of building strong working relationships at all levels, be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and possess high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This person must be comfortable using IT systems and MS packages, such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. 

 

This is a Monday to Friday role, working 40 hours per week, with a salary of up to £33,000 per annum dependant on experience
