YOUR ROLE

Oversee day‑to‑day operations across cloud environments ensuring platform availability, resilience, and performance.

Implement SRE practices including incident response, observability, SLO/SLA tracking, and problem management.

Drive automation for deployments, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management using Infrastructure‑as‑Code approaches.

Enforce cloud governance frameworks, guardrails, security controls, cost‑management policies, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with the Cloud strategy.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Lead, mentor, and support a distributed Cloud Operations team including nearshore and offshore members.
• Define organizational structure, team roles, responsibilities, and succession planning.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, skills assessments, and define development roadmaps for team members.
• Ensure 24/7 operational coverage through effective shift planning, duty rotations, and tier‑based escalation models.
• Promote a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Manage and oversee vendor and service provider relationships, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
• Foster strong collaboration across Architecture, Security, Networking, and Application teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Develop onboarding programs, cloud capability uplift plans, and certification pathways for all team members.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 7+ years in Cloud and infrastructure Operations, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Experience managing large‑scale AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge on ITIL and project management
• FinOps knowledge would be appreciated
• Relevant cloud certifications preferred.
• Good English level (B2-C1), written and oral
• Expertise on international services and operations in multinational companies
