YOUR ROLE

Do you have experience in inventory management? Well, you may be the Shift Leader we are looking for.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Managing a team of warehouse employees in an e-commerce environment, including scheduling, conducting shift briefings, delegating tasks, and ongoing communication;
• Supporting the development of team competencies and building employee engagement;
• Daily monitoring of inventory levels and ensuring high inventory data accuracy;
• Analyzing warehouse discrepancies, identifying causes of non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions;
• Preparing reports and operational analyses (including KPIs, stock accuracy, productivity);
•  Achieving quality and performance targets in conditions of variable order volumes;
• Supervising compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and SLAs specific to e-commerce;
• Ensure all staff meet Health and Safety Standards, Fire Protection and Environmental Protection;
• Carry out routine inspections, quality checks and housekeeping duties as required (5S standards);
• Realization of the assumed quality and performance goals (KPI);
• Engaging in the development of new solutions and improvements to optimize processes in accordance with the goals set for a given year (KAIZEN projects).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 3 years of experience in team management;
• Practical knowledge of supporting warehouse and logistic processes;
• Very good knowledge of warehouse processes and the specifics of online order processing;
• Pre-intermediate level of English would be an asset;
• Willingness to work shifts;
• Analytical skills and experience working with large data sets;
• Practical knowledge of the WMS system;
• Good organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to manage and motivate others;
• Experience in inventory, quality, stock management, and problem-solving will be an additional advantage.
