1 Administration of MECM and Intune infrastructure and to maintain it in operational conditions including changes to the core components and settings, software delivery, client health, and reporting.
2 Provide application/Windows OS installation/upgrade/configuration/patching data reporting (application install status, client health) leveraging Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
3 Assist with the monthly Windows security and application patch/update deployment process for Windows workstations within the organization.
4 Assist with the development and support of our Microsoft Autopilot environment including device enrollment, implementing, and configuring auto provisioning scenarios, managing device access and compliance, application management, and managing security.
5 Builds and tests software application packages and software updates for distribution to end-user PC equipment.
6 Managing the Windows client image, application packaging and scripting, and related project work
7 Monthly deployment of security patches to Windows Servers and workstations
8 Roll-out patches and software
9 Ensure timely deployment of software updates, critical patches, and out-of-band releases
10 Responsible for keeping deployed software and systems updated to current and secure versions
11 Maintain the health of the MECM environment including clients, servers, and distribution points
12 Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting to any and all issues related to the MECM/Intune infrastructure or functionality
13 Day to day administration of MECM/MEM environment to include engineering new solutions as needed
14 Communicate with a wide variety of users from executives to individual users
15 Following strict change, incident, request, and problem management guidelines
16 Provide monthly reporting of patching activity
17 Ensuring compliance to service level agreements
