Import Shipment Management 

Manage end-to-end import shipment processes from arrival to final delivery. 

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely processing and release of cargo. 

Coordinate with origin offices, carriers, and agents for shipment updates and issue resolution. 

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards. 

Operational Efficiency & Cost Control 

Monitor and optimize import operational processes to improve efficiency and turnaround time. 

Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize demurrage, detention, and storage charges. 

Ensure adherence to agreed service levels and internal KPIs. 

Stakeholder & Customer Coordination 

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import shipments through COS. 

Maintain strong coordination with shipping lines, brokers, trucking providers, and warehouse teams. 

Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and delivery schedules. 

Reporting & Performance Monitoring 

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clearance time, delivery lead time, and cost efficiency. 

Prepare operational reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
