1. Ensure Approved Quotation, Debit Note, SOP are in place
2. Responsible for all invoicing or every activity performed
3. Responsible for clearing APOC
4. Ensure DOSPO6 and DOSPO7 are cleared on a monthly basis
5. Ensure accuracy of billed cost and selling items
6. Report/Monitor Low Yield Account, or Negative NR
7. Coordinates with sales, counterparts, and OPS for the scope of work required for each transaction
8. Provide timely report of jobs done
9. Ensure completeness of documentation and invoices from suppliers and counterpart
10. Monitors every stage of the invoicing process in corresponding report
11. Creating OR as final invoice attached in billing
