Regulatory Affairs

  • Apply, secure, manage, maintain, and renew all relevant licenses needed by the business to operate all product lines.
  • Collect, index, and maintain all documentary requirements needed to have each license approved.
  • Troubleshoot and work with relevant regulatory agencies to ensure compliance to rules and regulations.
  • Update, maintain, and submit all reports relevant to regulatory bodies for licensing.
  • Represent and transact in behalf of the company the necessary actions to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Report, strategize, and execute directions needed internally to efficiently work with regulatory agencies and delivery needed licenses.

General Administration: 

  • Oversee general office operations including managing office supplies, pantry supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments and client visits in tandem with the operations.
  • Manage and coordinate with Non-trade Procurement team for suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinate company events and support employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure that all Air and Ocean facilities are operational, clean, organized, fully supplied with necessary consumables.
  • Coordinate with relevant verticalized teams in behalf of Air & Ocean to ensure operational administrative requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with relevant verticalized teams in behalf of Air & Ocean to ensure compliance and adherence with relevant internal policies.
  • Assist in managing budgetary responsibilities related to office expenses.
  • Provide secretarial and clerical services to A&O Management and Department Heads as deemed necessary.
