YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will mainly participate in Procurement activities on categories related to this family such as Temp Labour, intellectual services, marketing, HR, on a global scope. 

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

• Support in the drafting of specifications, calls for tenders, financial and contractual negotiations, analysis of results, sourcing and selection of suppliers and follow-up and contractual deployment
• Identification of the need with stakeholders of the different countries
• Gather data by Regions/ Status of the existing situation/ Rationalization of needs
• Supplier base cleaning (supplier wrongly assigned, inactivate non used suppliers etc)
• Reporting and monitoring: improvement, update and creation of indicators, analysis of KPIs, studies of expenses for the purchasing categories addressed

ABOUT YOU

• Master's degree in Procurement
• Procurement experience within international environment is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical abilities
• Fluent in English
• Open‑minded, reliable with strong communication skills
