Job Purpose :
The role supports CRM transformation, data governance, project management and analytics to enhance Sales Effectiveness performance across regions.
Key Accountabilities :
Support CRM governance activities including data quality monitoring and user assistance.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of dashboards and performance analytics.
Participate in project management tasks related to CRM transformation initiatives.
Coordinate communication and follow-ups with regional Sales Effectiveness teams.
Support the execution of reporting frameworks and performance reviews.
Contribute to documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Working Relationships :
Works with Sales Excellence teams global & Regional, CRM Solution teams, regional BD leadership, HR, Finance, Products, BD leadership and community and Customer Care.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills :
Education & Qualifications :
- Essential : Master’s program in Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field, Solid academic foundation in business processes, data analysis, transport and Understanding of corporate environments and project‑based work.
- Desirable : Coursework or certification in CRM systems, data management, or project management, Training in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and Prior exposure to logistics, commercial operations, or sales environments.
Experience :
- Essential : No professional experience required (alternance/apprentice role), Academic or personal projects involving data analysis, reporting, or digital tools and Experience working in teams (school group projects, student associations).
- Desirable : Previous internship or apprenticeship in Sales Operations, Data/Analytics, CRM, or Project Management, Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, AX Dynamics.) and Exposure to commercial or customer‑facing processes (pipeline, accounts, KPIs).
Specialist Knowledge and Skills :
- Essential : Basic understanding of CRM concepts (data quality, user journeys, reporting), Ability to analyze datasets, identify anomalies, and structure insights, Strong digital literacy (Excel required; Power BI basics preferred), Interest in sales processes, performance management, and commercial governance and Organized and able to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
- Desirable : Knowledge of C‑View or Salesforce/CRM administration, Understanding of BD/Sales processes (pipeline hygiene, segmentation, opportunity management), Skills in automation or data manipulation tools (Power Query, Power Automate) and Familiarity with agile project management or PM tools (Trello, Monday, etc.).
Interpersonal & Communication Skills :
- Essential : Clear, structured verbal and written communication, Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance, IT), Strong willingness to learn and ask questions proactively and Professional behavior, reliability, and a sense of confidentiality when handling commercial data.
- Desirable : Ability to present insights or dashboards to stakeholders, Confidence in interacting with international teams and Ability to facilitate follow‑ups, coordinate tasks, or support change management activities
