Job Purpose :

 

Working among Ceva Global CSR Department, and more especially in the "Sustainable Sites" team, you will help drive CEVA Logistic's CSR strategy by fostering employee engagement through two projects encouraging employees worldwide to take part in sustainability actions :

  • Engage4Good competition, which supports the development of collaborative CSR initiatives 
  • CSR Ambassadors network, which aims to develop employees' knowledge of CSR so they can apply it in their daily work. 

You will also contribute to monitoring the company’s decarbonization efforts through pilot environmental projects and performance indicators tracking. 

 

Key Accountabilities : 

 

  1. Lead the day-to-day coordination of Engage4Good sustainability challenge, including team training, user support, verification of submissions, and community engagement
  2. Support the development and functional evolution of the Engage4Good IT platform
  3. Develop and promote CSR communications (awareness content for CSR Days, internal and external social media posts etc.)
  4. Track the performances of Engage4Good challenge (creation of dashboards, reports, etc.)
  5. Animate and coordinate CMA CGM/ CEVA CSR Ambassadors network
  6. Contribute to CEVA’s decarbonization program (through pilot projects improving site sustainability, monitoring indicators, and supporting CO₂ emissions tracking within scopes 1, 2 and 3 etc.)
  7. Assist in wider CSR initiatives (benchmarks, extra financial & CSRD reports etc.)

 

Key Working Relationships :

 

The most significant working relationships for this role is with members of the Sustainable Sites team Coralie Chanu and Morgane Lanurien. Interaction occurs on a daily basis, with regular check-ins to monitor progress, align priorities, and ensure smooth coordination of ongoing tasks.

There will also be frequent relationships with the Regional CSR Team to present Engage4Good performances and animation plan and review the rules of the challenge.

 

Knowledge, Experience & Skills :

Education & Qualifications :

 

  • Business School or Engineering School (Essential)
  • Sustainability or communication degree (Desirable)

 

Experience :

 

  • Previous experience in sustainability projects, CSR work, or corporate responsibility (through internships, school projects, or volunteer work)

 

Specialist knowledge & Skills : 

 

  • Organizational and project management skills, Ability to analyze data (Excel, dashboards) and Strong interest in CSR subjects (Essential)
  • Understanding of key sustainability concepts (carbon footprint, CSR regulations etc.) (Desirable)

 

Interpersonal & Communication Skills : 

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication in both English and French, Autonomy and Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn (Essential)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and cultures (Desirable)
