WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

  • Financial management of functional areas
    • Oversee the financial management of all functional areas by providing accurate and timely financial data, monitoring actual performance across functions, and supporting strategic decision-making by acting as key business partner to functional leaders.
    • In addition to tracking actuals, play an active role in the forecasting and budgeting process, collaborating closely with the transformation team to coordinate and facilitate budget creation for each function.
    • Contributing to investment decisions and supporting the enhancement of transversal project follow-up. Participate in initiatives aimed at standardising cost analysis methods across CEVA, promoting consistency and efficiency throughout the organisation.

 

  • Financial management of functional areas, focus on Real Estate scope
    • Act as a key business partner to the Group Real Estate Director, contributing to investment decisions and portfolio optimization (ICAP process) by contributing to asset valuation and analyse the profitability of investments (acquisitions, disposals, CAPEX).
    • Deliver ad hoc analyses on real estate projects (sale and leaseback, acquisitions, synergies, portfolio optimization)

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Master in finance or business
  • 5–7 years' controlling experience
  • Data-driven skills preferred for automating reporting and analysis
  • Financial modeling and analytics expertise
  • Strong, clear communicator who can present to top management
  • Proactive, reliable, and effective in cross-functional teams
