YOUR ROLE 

The IT Global Business Control Expert is responsible for participating in the IT controlling activities within the Finance organization at CEVA and acts as business partner to the IT Leaders. This role ensures accurate monthly and quarterly financial closing, variance analysis against budget, and dedicated reporting on key areas such as WIP, CAPEX, and project follow-up to provides strategic insights to IT Leaders. The IT Global Business Control Expert supports also the budgeting and forecasting process. The role helps provide accurate financial insights to support business decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure effective cost control across the organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

  1. Financial Management & Analysis :
  • Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes for IT financials.
  • Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast; identify and explain deltas.
  • Conduct dedicated analyses on WIP, CAPEX, and project financial performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for IT management.

    2. Process :

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English and French.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial control or FP&A roles.
  • Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial processes and initiatives.
  • Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Strong analytical (ability to perform detailed analysis) and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Interpersonal & Communication: Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team (leadership skills with capacity to motivate and develop teams).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across finance and business functions.
