YOUR ROLE

 

As a SG&A (“Sales, General & Administrative costs”) Global Business Controller Expert, you will be part of the Global FP&A & Functional Business Control team at CEVA Logistics. You will be responsible for supporting the control and reporting of the Group SG&A costs. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

 

The core objectives of the SG&A Control team are:

 

1) Worldwide SG&A costs monitoring.

2) Corporate costs closing.

3) Cost Improvement Plan reporting.

4) Monitoring intercompany recharges. 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

1. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports: 

  • Prepare consolidated reports (SG&A costs) across different functions, products and regions.
  • Ensure reliability of package submissions by setting up standards across the organization.
  • Analyze differences between actuals, budget and forecasts to explain performance trends. 
  • Prepare the month end closing exercise with the support of the accounting team to review transactions and adjust accrual entries for corporate entities.

2. Budget & Forecast support:

  • Support the annual budget process and budget performance reviews.
  • Ensure submitted forecasts align with objectives and assumptions.

3. Strengthen SG&A monitoring culture:

  • Provide insightful analyses of business performance to support management decision-making.

4. Monitoring intercompany recharges:

  • Ensure accurate tracking, validation, and processing of intercompany invoices, while maintaining alignment between HR and financial systems,
  • Optimizing workflows and managing provisions for missing invoices to support global operations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Educated to Master level.
  • Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Specialist Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data into insightful senior management information and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Experience in OneStream is a plus.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
  • Must read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Highly motivated; ability to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment.
  • Results-oriented and accurate.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, pro-active mentality.
