YOUR ROLE

 

Act as a strategic change leader for CEVA, shaping and driving the people and culture dimensions of major transformations, engaging leaders and employees around the “One CEVA” vision, and ensuring that change is understood, owned, and sustained across the organization.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Shape and lead the overall change strategy for major transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Ceva’s business priorities and the “One CEVA” vision.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, challenging and supporting them on the people, culture, and organization dimensions of change.
  • Design and steer integrated change roadmaps (communications, engagement, training, leadership alignment), from initial diagnosis through to full adoption.
  • Build, lead, and energize a network of change champions, providing them with the tools, guidance, and support needed to influence locally and surface weak signals.
  • Engage leaders and managers as visible sponsors of change, coaching them on their role, messaging, and behaviours to secure buy‑in across the organization.
  • Oversee high‑impact communication and engagement plans, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling messages for all key stakeholder groups.
  • Lead workshops and leadership sessions to align stakeholders, address resistance, and co‑create solutions with operational teams.
  • Monitor adoption and impact of change using clear KPIs and qualitative feedback, and adjust the approach where needed to secure sustainable results
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in change management, sharing best practices, building internal capabilities, and embedding change disciplines in how CEVA operates.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • 10–15 years of solid experience in change management (organizational transformation, process/system rollouts, cultural change, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial impacts of transformation (operational efficiency, costs, ROI, risks).
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools with a pragmatic, outcome‑oriented approach.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
