Role Purpose
The IT Project Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Blue Yonder solution deployment within CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL) in collaboration with the CLL Business Project Manager. This includes defining project vision, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption across global operations. The role bridges business needs and technical execution, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Planning
· Define and maintain the IT project roadmap for Blue Yonder in alignment with CEVA’s Lead Logistics strategy.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications and prioritize features based on ROI and operational impact.
· Ensure compliance with CEVA governance frameworks for IT projects.
Delivery & Execution
· Oversee design, development, and integration of the Blue Yonder solution with CEVA systems
· Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT COE, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal) to meet project milestones
· Manage Blue Yonder vendor relationship for project deliverables, in coordination with the Business PM
Governance & Quality
· Monitor adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget; report progress to executive sponsors and steering committees.
· Collaborate with Business project manager to effectively govern the successful implementation of Blue Yonder solution.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Act as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
· Assist in establishing a plan to conduct training sessions and support end-user onboarding for Blue Yonder functionalities.
Continuous Improvement
· Drive enhancements and submit “request evolution” tickets for system improvements impacting projectivity and customer experience.
· Monitor KPIs and operational reports to identify optimization opportunities.
Core Competencies
· Strong understanding of logistics IT ecosystems (TMS, WMS, EDI, integration frameworks).
· Expertise in project governance and agile/waterfall methodologies.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Analytical mindset with ability to balance technical feasibility and business value.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management within logistics or supply chain domain.
· Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and integration technologies.
· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

· On-time delivery of Blue Yonder project milestones.
· Adherence to budget and scope.
· User adoption rate and satisfaction scores.
· Number of successful integrations with CEVA systems.
· Reduction in operational inefficiencies post-implementation.
