KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deployment of Learning Solutions (France & International)

  • Coordinate the full deployment of Logistics Academy and Group learning programs (online, blended, F2F) at local and international levels,
  • Manage deployments involving several countries, languages, modalities, and time zones, in compliance with the Group L&D processes,
  • On the perimeter, create and manage training sessions in the TMS/LMS (set-up, mass uploads, participant enrolment),
  • Communicate with participants, trainers, Regional L&D, HR, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution,
  • Send training invitations and logistical instructions for virtual and face-to-face sessions,
  • Coordinate logistics aspects: room booking, facilities and material preparation, catering (Emblem site), and local hospitality,
  • Distribute learning materials,
  • Act as Tangram local Ambassador: coordinate Tangram sessions at Emblem Tower, in partnership with the Group, ensuring visibility and learners active participation.

 

2. Administrative & Operational Management

  • Create and manage administrative documentation: attendance sheets, conventions, orders,
  • Approve and close training sessions in the TMS, share attendance with Training Managers and L&D stakeholders,
  • Monitor, report and proactively manage no-shows, cancellations, rebookings or replacements, 
  • Ensure compliance with internal L&D policies.

 

3. Assessment, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Deploy assessment processes (reaction, learning, behavior) and ensure timely collection,
  • Analyze assessment results, identify strengths and improvement areas, share insights with project owners and Academies,
  • Participate in debriefings and contribute to continuous improvement of learning solutions,
  • Monitor KPIs of the perimeter: attendance rates, completion, cancellations, fill-rates, satisfaction scores, activity indicators.

 

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Maintain strong relationships with Regional L&D, HR, trainers, and participants, involving Logistics Academy brand and reputation, 
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and Managers on learning processes and tools,
  • Participate to the promotion of the use of learning tools (TMS/LMS) and available resources across regions
