  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, create engagement and communication plans, and manage expectations at global, regional, and local levels.
  • Track and report adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics, and drive actions to close gaps.

5. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks with a particular focus on data integrity and change adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, data privacy, and internal control requirements, including auditability of incentive calculations.

  • Strong background working with data-intensive solutions, including experience with system integrations, data mapping, and data quality management.
  • Proven track record leading global, cross-functional teams, including remote and virtual teams, and working across cultures and time zones.
  • Solid understanding of sales processesincentive compensation, or commercial operations.
  • English bilingual

What do we have to offer ?

  • Opportunity to shape a global, strategic solution impacting  more than 1,600 BD professionals and the growth of our business.
  • High visibility role with regular exposure to senior leadership across functions and regions.
